The developers of Jefferson Woods envisioned an upscale aquatic recreational facility for their owners. Using this premise, Vincent Pools engineers designed this “resort style” commercial pool and spa facility that incorporates a type of continuous perimeter gutter overflow system most often found in pools constructed in the Caribbean. This unique approach created and built by Vincent Pools rsults in a relaxing, casual atmosphere reminiscent of tropical island resorts.

Pennswood Village, a nationally respected continuing care retirement community located in Bucks County PA provides quality services for residents ages 65 and older. The Passmore Aquatic Center incorporates two pools, a three-lane lap pool and a therapy pool with an ada entry ramp, a warm water hydrotherapy jet bench, as well as a soothing air-injected bubble couch. One of many assisted living aquatic facilities designed and built by Vincent Pools, the Pennswood Village project is testimony to the quality, attention to detail, and the response to residents’ aquatic requirements that is provided by projects constructed by Vincent Pools.

The areas need for a competitive indoor swimming facility culminated in this state-of-the-art aquatic venue. This pool project includes an eight-lane competitive pool with an accompanying training/warm-up pool located off the shallow end of the racecourse. Exacting construction requirements, critical dimensional accuracy, and quality finish accent requirements were the driving force in the selection of Vincent Pools for the construction of this regional area competitive swimming facility.
