Atlantic City’s premier resort and casino, the Borgata, turned to the premier aquatics contractor in the mid Atlantic region, Vincent Pools to provide construction services for all of the Borgata’s water venues, including the all-tile, stainless steel lap pool, shown on left. located on the 35th floor of Borgata’s signature spa. Demanding time lines, exacting dimensional requirements, and critical construction coordination of all interacting trades made Vincent Pools the contractor of choice for this spectacular project. Completed in 2007, this facility also includes co-ed and individual whirlpools in the signature spa, multiple lap, leisure, whirlpool, and water feature units, and both indoor and outdoor feature units on the lower levels.

Located in center city Philadelphia, this upscale condominium project is part of the lifestyle renaissance taking place in the city. This pool and spa (not shown) is located on the 6th floor of this renovated complex and overlooks the city’s skyline. This stainless steel, all-tile pool and spa was constructed off-site and then craned into place from an adjacent street. Precision timing, coordination, and the efforts of skilled personnel were required to execute this precise operation. Vincent Pools experience and expertise in the elevated pool marketplace was the overwhelming factor in the owner’s decision to contract Vincent Pools as the contractor of choice for this fast-track project.

Located along Philadelphia’s riverfront, the Hyatt pool area overlooks the waterfront area to the east and the skyline of Philadelphia on the west. This all stainless steel pool includes a custom color, all-ceramic tile interior, with color changing underwater lights to create individual event ambience and moods. This 5th floor installation was engineered to provide a sloped bottom, unique to elevated pool applications. Vincent Pools was contracted to construct this difficult project based on their vast experience in the elevated marketplace.
